April 2013

Instructions by Jay Pound, October 2015

1. Driver for Bizhub downloaded and installed (In most cases, I downloaded and extracted it, then used Windows "Add a Network Printer" - then directed it to the downloaded driver. However, one of those Konica-Minolta driver packages is a self-install package, in which case it will search for and install the printer itself. Get from   Look for something like "C554_C364_Series_Win10_PCL_PS_FAX_v5.1.x.0"

2. Go to Printing Preferences (See attached Step 1) - which can be accessed easily from the system print dialog box

3. Select the "Basic" tab (Attached Step 2), then click on Authentication/Account Track

4. Now you have 2 options - either select "Public User" - in which case you are done, or

5. Select Recipient User, enter "color" as the User Name, and "5155" as the Password

Just as a note - (and I just retested this just now) as far as I can tell, Public Users can do anything. As a public user, I just printed in color, real point in logging anyone in.
